Physical products

After payment is received we will ship your order. Physical products (ex. kits, iron-on hand embroidery patterns, and fabric) will ship within 7 business days. We ship all physical products via First-Class Mail through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated in the product description. Please contact us at info[at]penguinandfish.com to request a different shipping method. A note to international buyers: Any duties and/or taxes are to be paid by the buyer, Penguin & Fish is not responsible for any duty charges.

Printables

Printables are delivered electronically to your email as a link where you can download the PDF file. The link to download your Printable will be delivered to your email as soon as payment is received. The link will allow the Printable to be downloaded 3 times over a 7 day period before the link will expire. For more information on our Printables, please check out our Printable PDFs info page.
